Our package prices cover all planning services as described. You'll separately pay for your actual travel costs (flights, hotels, meals, activities) and any optional add-on services like rush planning or extensive revisions.
How do you determine pricing for longer or more complex trips?
Our standard packages work for trips up to 14 days covering 2-6 cities. For longer journeys or more complex requirements, we provide custom quotes based on the scope of planning required.
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers or group bookings?

What's your payment schedule and refund policy?
We require 50% payment to begin planning with the remainder due upon itinerary delivery. We offer full refunds if you're not satisfied with the initial itinerary draft, and partial refunds based on work completed if you cancel mid-process.
